Your plan is calculated with precision, unique to you and where you are on your journey. Every day has purpose and each session, a particular objective.
Every session is meticulously measured through wearable tech. After each session we are notified of your Training Stress, Fatigue and Form scores.
Training plan feedback is communicated to athletes weekly and includes an evaluation of the week that was, the gains made, the progress towards the set goal and planning the way forward.
